I have been involved in property for over 32 years, beginning with purchasing and managing my own investment properties before becoming a professional property agent in 2010.
Property is a business I genuinely enjoy, but the most rewarding part of my work is helping people. I believe in providing a highly personal service, communicating openly and keeping my clients fully informed throughout every stage of the process.

I’ll visit your property, give you an honest view of what it could achieve and talk you through the best way to bring it to market. I’ll also tell you what’s worth fixing, painting or clearing away before photographs and viewings, and what you can leave as it is.
There’s no obligation to sell. It’s simply a chance to get clear advice and decide what’s right for you.

Your sales service includes:
- Professional photographs by an independent photographer
- A floor plan and virtual tour
- Advertising on Daft.ie and MyHome.ie
- Enquiries, viewings and offer negotiation
- Personal updates and guidance throughout the sale
I’ll set out the agreed service and all costs in writing before we begin. Lettings and commercial property are quoted separately.

My aim is to help you make an informed decision about a tenant, with careful checks and clear advice from me throughout the process.

More than an application on paper
For applicants progressing towards a letting, I check references, confirm employment and assess their ability to meet the rent.
With their agreement, I may also visit the home they are leaving to see how they have cared for it. That gives me a fuller picture to share with the landlord before they make a decision.
I have spent years letting and managing property. Taking the time to do this work properly has helped me build a strong track record of tenant placements.
